The registered builder, Guy Pilcher has a wealth of experience in the industry prior to starting Major Residential as a Building Supervisor and is also the owner of a long established property development company.
Our main focus is to provide a personal, “hands on” approach where our clients can deal directly with the Builder to ensure their vision for a development or own home is fulfilled and achieved, delivering superior quality within their budget.
In addition to offering a personalized approach to our clients needs we provide “turnkey” packages from design concept, planning approval and finally to hand over of your keys
