Our current house looked great from the outside, but there was no way around the fact that it was simply poorly constructed. My wife asked me a wise question though: ‘Can we rebuild it and preserve the appearance?’ This is the same question I asked these guys, and their answer was positive. The team was enthusiastic about our project and truly wanted to build us a high-quality home. They took time to give input about their suppliers and suggested some modern solutions to save energy consumption and money, which sounded just great. Finally, our new home was everything we wanted thanks to these professionals and their dedication.
Everyone I knew was noticeably stressed out when building a house. Well, our story was different thanks to this company. They took care of administrative and legal matters which was probably the most relieving thing. Moreover, they’ve managed to incorporate all our ideas (we had many) into the design and create a home that we always wanted. Most importantly, we weren’t faced with any unpleasant surprises when it comes to the budget. The amount indicated in the contract was fully respected. I couldn’t recommend them more, especially for young couples.
Even though the land where the house was built is not the most adequate one for the purpose, the guys did a great job and were done with the project at least a week before the deadline. We didn’t think that we would get the permit that quickly, but everything happened just like they said. We got their total attention and commitment which is noticeable as soon as you enter the house. I don’t think that a lot of people had this kind of experience, but we were certainly fortunate.
