We decided to get our floors done with Kemellies as we had used this company 8 years ago. Little did we know it had changed ownership. We have been through absolute hell dealing with Rhys the new owner. He took our money and didn’t even turn up for the job. We moved out of our house to only be swindled and displaced. We asked for a refund he did agree then went on to harass me daily saying he would pay. We are yet to see a cent. It’s been a really awful experience and we highly recommend staying away from this business. We are currently in the process of reporting this business and trying to get our money back. Rhys is erratic, pushy and dishonest. Do not use Kemellies.
