Those days when you had to supervise the construction non-stop and be fully included in the process to avoid any inconveniences are luckily over, at least that’s what you get when you hire these guys. This was the third time I hired them, but the first one that included a house and land package in Devonport. The new tenants were able to move in just a few days after they finished the construction, and the city area simply has it all. What they promise, they deliver, and that’s what counts the most.
When you get to love your neighbourhood and its surroundings, it’s really hard to move. The great thing is that you don’t have to because these guys can rebuild your old house and give it a new life. Ours wasn’t that old as it was made with poor quality materials, so the whole upper section needed a demolition. At least the foundation was done right. Our only obligation was to choose a design and approve the ultimate plan, so we were able to go through the procedure without any worries. In the end, we got a lovely new home.
When our third child was born, the house became a bit tight. I already turned my music studio into a laundry room and moved all the equipment to the garage, but the sound there was just bad. I had a brief consultation with these guys, explained to them what I want and soon after, I got the proposal. The initial idea was to have separate units for living and working space. The guys were fast and even very considerate about our baby’s sleeping habits, so they were willing to adapt the working schedule to us. In the end, they did an excellent job and made our life much easier. Many thanks to the whole team and well done everyone!
When you work from home and you want to get the most out of that space, that means you will probably need help from a professional construction company. That is why I contacted these guys to help us design a house with separate working areas for me and my husband, so we can perform all our duties without distractions. Also, we needed two bedrooms, one for us and the second for our son. I thought that it would be hard to organize everything the way we wanted, but these guys managed to create a true oasis for work and leisure and we love it.
This company is an excellent example of how professional home planning and constructing should look like. They listened to all suggestions we had and implemented every idea into the house plan. We had some suggestions, and they were happy to implement them in the final house plan. The construction process was smooth, and we were involved in every step of the process as we wanted. We plan to move into our new home next week and we cannot thank them enough.
