We have used The Squeegee Squad Window Cleaning Service for 2 years now and they have always been polite and punctual. They leave the windows and surrounding area very clean and they are reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

We sought The Squeegee Squad in the busy weeks leading to Xmas 2014, when many other window cleaners had closed their books. Aman could not be more accommodating / professional in the way the booking process and the work was undertaken. Aman’s pride in his work was never more evident than when he deferred working to a more appropriate time & day (despite a busy lead-up to Xmas) due to expected hot working adversely effecting streak-free window cleaning outcomes. Would highly recommend The Squeegee Squad, and feel totally comfortable coming in & out of our
home

In July 2014 I purchased 2 vouchers for The Squeegee Squad from Living Social. The first voucher was used on 3/8/14 & the work was excellent. On the same day I made a booking for the 2nd voucher on 25/10/14.

The 25th was a no show. Contacting Aman several times I was assured he would call me back on 3 occasions – he never called back. This is unacceptable in a service business. I emailed him & I received a reply offering a booking on 2/11/14. Again no show. Aman finally answered my text message to say he was not redeeming vouchers as he had a dispute with Living Social. This does not excuse the lack of notification.

The excuses I’ve had have been: “I am really sorry i have been flat out, everytime you called me i did not have my diary on me.
I did check my diary and there was an error in recording the date” – does not excuse not calling back & what businessman relying on bookings does not have his diary with him during business hours.

Aman also marked both vouchers as being used, fortunately Living Social refunded one based on the number of refunds they were having to give & his no show on 2 occasions.

In summary, his work might be good but his communication is abysmal and he is unreliable.
